The company purchases a number of sessions (30, 60, 90). The employees can use coaching hours according to their needs.
LEADERS AND TEAM COACHING
The leaders will be coached individually at the same time as their teams. The coaching sessions will be developed during an amount of time between 4 and 9 months.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
Support in the development of leadership skills. Improvement of executive leadership and management competencies through monthly sessions on a 6-month plan.
